A Song for You

From the screaming quiet of the night, a song comes.
From the distant thunder that beckons tomorrow, a melody floats on the wind, howling madly and twisting and turning and breaking.
From the day that passed, and the day that will come, a slow pulsing beat will rise.
In every day there is beauty. There is beauty in love, sadness, loss, and new hope. There is beauty in hardship, friendship, fellowship…and in a pint of ice cream on a rainy summer afternoon. Let’s just be honest here… 
It’s in the beauty and in the peace of the soul that a song will rise, and it’s most important that we step outside ourselves to remember to recognize how amazing the world really is.
Peace, love and music isn’t just a catch-phrase…it’s a way of life.
